Tammy Johnson has joined Raphael Health Center as clinical manager. She has more than 16 years of nursing experience. Johnson’s previously positions in the industry have included manager of practice operations for Internal Medicine, Family Practice, OB/GYN, Pediatric, Geriatric and Post-Acute practices. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from Indiana University.

Raphael Health Center is in its 21st year of service to Indianapolis’ Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood. The facility offers complete medical, dental and behavioral health services to area residents in its effort to improve the health status of the community through accessible, affordable and appropriate primary and preventive health care.
