The organization says it recently completed the third in a series of economic development trips to the Kentucky city.
The delegation included Radius Chief Executive Officer Jeff Quyle, Sabrina Burdine from the Washington County Economic Growth Partnership and Trevor Lane with the Indiana Economic Development Corp. The group met with commercial and industrial realtors, developers and accounting firms to discuss opportunities in the eight-county region.
Radius says it is looking to partner with additional economic development organizations for future visits throughout Indiana and the United States. The organization represents Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Greene, Lawrence, Martin, Orange and Washington Counties.
Burdine says the trip is part of a strategy to take on economic development as a regional team. "By working together, we can increase our exposure to global companies, which can lead to new business growth and certainly helps us raise awareness of what we have to offer in Washington County as well as the rest of the region."
