Quarles & Brady LLP has named Vanessa Davis and Michael Rogers partners in the firm’s Indianapolis office. Davis is a member of the firm’s Product Liability, Toxic Tort and Personal Injury Litigation Practice Group. Prior to attending law school, she worked for the Indiana Department of Homeland Security as a grants coordinator and legislative liaison and served as a Governor’s Fellow for Indiana Governor Joe Kernan. Rogers is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and represents clients in all aspects of business litigation, including defending and prosecuting lawsuits on behalf of large and small companies. He has experience with the federal statutes that affect lenders, including the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Truth in Lending Act, and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.
