Purdue University Fort Wayne Signs Transfer Agreement

Purdue University Fort Wayne has entered into an articulation agreement with Southwestern Michigan College in Dowagiac, Michigan. The agreement will allow SMC students to transfer credits from their Associate of Applied Science degree toward a Bachelor’s of Applied Science at Purdue Fort Wayne.

“Our transfer students understand the importance of time and planning. With this articulation agreement, students know exactly what will transfer and can hit the ground running at Purdue University Fort Wayne,” said Carl Drummond, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.

Students must finish 32 credit hours at Purdue Fort Wayne and SMC students are able to transfer up to 88 credits toward a bachelor’s degree, with a total of 120 to graduate. Students will have the option of five  concentrations, business, information systems, information technology, supervision and leadership and interdisciplinary track.

PUFW says Michigan students also qualify for reduced tuition.
