The PRSA College of Fellows is comprised of more than 350 senior practitioners and educators from around the country, each of whom has left a significant footprint on the public relations profession. This designation is an honor awarded to fewer than two percent of PRSA members nationally. Davis and Schultz join eight other Fellows who are currently members of the Hoosier Chapter. Davis serves as assistant professor, Department of Journalism, at Ball State University. Her involvement in the PRSA Hoosier chapter includes serving on the Health Academy Executive Committee from 2008-2011 and as co-chair for the Health Academy National Conference from 2012-2013. Davis has also served as a Hoosier chapter assembly delegate for the past two years. Schultz is the senior vice president of marketing, communications and events for Downtown Indy Inc. He has served in a number of roles within the PRSA Hoosier chapter including the chapter president in 2004, and was selected in 2014 to chair the 2016 PRSA International Conference local host committee. This year’s inductees were chosen by the PRSA 2016 National Board of Directors based upon recommendations from a selection committee consisting of current College of Fellows members. The PRSA Hoosier Chapter offers professional development and networking opportunities to Indiana public relations practitioners and advocates on behalf of the profession. With nearly 400 members, it is one of the largest PRSA chapters in the country.
