The company, which was acquired last year by Farwall TSG LLC in Indianapolis, offers design and print production services for corporate customers. A planned $700,000 investment will help Sullivan Group boost production and customer service capabilities at its Elkhart County facility.
The company says it is experiencing increasing demand through its portfolio of health care, music, boating and manufacturing industry clients. The additional positions will more than double its current work force. New jobs, including graphic design and production, are expected to open up later this year.
Founder Kerry Sullivan says "Elkhart County and Nappanee have always been supportive of our growth efforts, and we look forward to continuing to be a major employer in the area." Sullivan Group’s screen printed and embroidered products are sold directly through customers or through online and retail stores branded by customers.
Mayor Phil Jenkins says "the city of Nappanee is pleased to see the growth of another local company. Sullivan Group has been part of the Nappanee community for close to 40 years, providing quality apparel and promotional items to a variety of organizations. Not only do we anticipate additional jobs for local residents, we recognize the diversity Sullivan Group brings to our economy."
Farwall TSG has been offered up to $210,000 in conditional tax credits through the Indiana Economic Development Corp.
