ELKHART, Ind. – Travel Management Company, LTD, “TMC,” the largest on demand, privately owned light and mid-size aircraft charter service today announced that Scott Wise has been promoted to President of the company effective July 23rd. Wise has been the General Manager since the company was founded seven years ago. Prior to joining the company, he was Chief Pilot for the CTS Corporation. Pete Liegl, the owner and founder of TMC, will remain its CEO.
