Richmond-based Primex Design & Fabrication, formerly Woodruff Corp., has promoted Debbie Robinson to sample department coordinator. She previously served as a design engineer for 20 years. Robinson will be responsible for the creation, production and delivery of prototypes and samples to PD&F customers.
