President Donald Trump has nominated Lisa Hershman as chief management officer of the Department of Defense. She currently serves as deputy chief management officer, while also performing the duties of the CMO.  Before joining the federal government, she was founder and served as CEO of The DeNovo Group in Indianapolis.
