Karen Friss has joined PPINK as chief development officer. She retired after 30 years at Eli Lilly and Co. with assignments in finance, information technology, human resources, corporate strategy and public affairs. Friss has nonprofit board experience with the Indianapolis Immigrant Welcome Center, Fletcher Place Community Center, All Souls Unitarian Church and the David A. Winston Health Policy Fellowship based in Washington D.C. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration from UCLA and a Certificate in Non-Profit Executive Leadership from the IU Center on Philanthropy.
