Kathryn Harris has been appointed postmaster of Fort Wayne. She is a 37-year veteran of the Postal Service. Harris previously served as the Rio Grande District human resources manager in Texas before coming to Fort Wayne. She holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in business from Johns Hopkins University.
