Pokagon Band Donates Thanksgiving Meals

Subscribe NowThanksgiving boxes have been donated to those in need by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi and its Four Winds Casinos through the Food Bank of Northern Indiana and St. Joseph County Pantry. The boxes include a ham, stuffing, corn, potato, cranberry jelly and a pumpkin roll.
“We are proud to be able to continue our tradition of giving back during the holiday season. These Thanksgiving boxes can help families in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana enjoy a holiday meal together during these challenging times,” said Matthew Wesaw, Tribal Council Chairman and chief executive officer of the Pokagon Gaming Authority. “
One-thousand boxes have been distributed in Elkhart, Kosciusko, LaPorte, Marshall, Starke and St. Joseph Counties.
