The Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility has promoted Carly Mixell to lead investigator. She previously served as security threat group coordinator. Mixell graduated from IUPUI with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She began her career at PNJCF as a youth Development specialist in 2016 and was then promoted to correctional sergeant in 2017.
