PNC Private Bank in Northern Indiana has promoted Seth Marshall to market director. He most recently held the role of investment advisor and previously served as private client advisor for JP Morgan & Chase Co. Marshall currently serves as a councilman for the city of Huntington and is a member of the Huntington County Economic Development organization.
