PNC Bank N.A. has named William "Chip" Wood vice president and client and community relations director for central and southern Indiana. He has almost three decades of experience in financial services, including in retail banking, operations, corporate and institutional banking and public relations. Most recently Wood served as the market’s client and community relations specialist. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Wood serves as a Miller Ambassador for Noblesville Schools and volunteers to advance PNC’s Grow Up Great early education initiative and other local community engagements.

Wood replaced Jeffrey Kucer, who has been promoted to chief operating officer of the regional president’s organization. He will lead strategic initiatives and operation and budgeting for PNC’s regional presidents and client and community relations teams across the company.
