PNC Bank Names Ladd Regional President

She succeeds northern Indiana regional president Doug Wood. Ladd previously served as senior vice president of corporate banking and was responsible for middle market business development in northeast Indiana. She will be responsible for leading strategic and operational planning, creating revenue growth initiatives, and overseeing the philanthropic and community relations for the region. Ladd joined the bank in 2012. With more than 25 years of experience, she has held positions in commercial, middle market and large corporate banking.
Ladd is a board member and finance committee chair for the Turnstone Center for Children and Adults with Disabilities, and serves as an advisory board member for the School of Health Sciences at Trine University. She served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana and was awarded the BBBS Community Volunteer award in 2016. She is a member of Financial Executives International, and a former member of the Fort Wayne chapter of Executive Women’s International. She is an active volunteer with the United Way of Allen County and serves as a regional United Way ambassador. Ladd has a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in accounting from Indiana University.
