Indianapolis-based Project Lead The Way has selected Max Altmark as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. The nonprofit is also implementing a series of promotions within it executive team, including a new chief technology officer, chief administrative officer and chief talent officer.
Altmark most recently served as director of operations for Strategic Investment Group in Virginia. In his new role, Altmark will be responsible for leading the organization’s accounting and finance teams.
PLTW has promoted Brian Greiwe to executive vice president and chief technology officer. He previously served as vice president of information technology.
Katie Mote, who most recently served as vice president of partnerships, colleges, and universities for PLTW, has been promoted to executive vice president and chief administrative officer. The organization says she will lead all strategic planning, organizational performance management, legal, information security, compliance, and administration functions for PLTW.
Additionally, PLTW has promoted Lisa Seay to executive vice president and chief talent officer. Seay previously served as director of total rewards and, in her new role, will oversee all human resources functions.

Project Lead The Way is a nonprofit organization that aims to provide unique learning experiences to help PreK-12 students develop in-demand skills, as well as training and resources to support teachers.
