Indianapolis-based Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP has named Colin Connor and Sean Hirschten partners. Connor concentrates his practice in a variety of areas including environmental litigation, insurance coverage and health care. He has extensive experience with various types of insurance policies, including commercial general liability, first-party property, and pollution-liability policies. Connor works on high stakes cases with hundreds of millions of dollars at issue, as well as small individual claims. He serves as president of the board of directors of the Mapleton-Fall Creek Development Corp. and vice chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section. 

Hirschten practices in areas including insurance coverage, complex litigation and environmental and business services. His insurance coverage cases have involved multi-million dollar international toxic torts and have dealt with policies ranging from CGL to underinsured motorists, fidelity, and crime. He has argued before numerous tribunals, including the Indiana Supreme Court.
