Plews Shadley Racher and Braun LLP has named Josh Tatum partner. He has participated in more than 75 appeals in Indiana appellate courts, the U.S. Supreme Court and federal appellate courts for the Sixth, Seventh and Eleventh circuits.

Tatum’s appellate practice stems from his two years working closely with the then-Chief Justice of Indiana Randall T. Shepard.

He serves as chair of the Indiana State Bar Association’s appellate practice section and chair-elect of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s appellate section. Tatum also chairs the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Indiana Appellate Institute, organizing practice arguments for lawyers preparing for appellate arguments.
