Phenix Corp. breaks ground on new Warrick County HQ

Phenix Corp., a manufacturer and supplier of custom food packaging and packaging equipment based in the Warrick County town of Elberfeld, broke ground Thursday on its new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility.
The company said it is investing up to $10 million in the new facility, which will expand its existing Elberfeld campus.
Phenix Corp. is the parent of two subsidiaries, Phenix Flexibles, a custom food packaging provider, and Phenix Engineering, a packaging equipment manufacturing and service provider. The new, 39,000-square-foot facility will be the company’s third in Indiana.
The company currently has more than 40 employees, and the expansion is expected to add 10-15 jobs in Warrick County.
“Breaking ground on this new facility is more than an expansion—it’s a statement of who we are and what we believe in,” Director of Marketing Michael Denton said in a news release. “Our tenets drive every interaction, every project, and every customer relationship. This building will serve as a platform for our continued growth and a physical reflection of the values that define Phenix.”
Construction on the new facility is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2026.
