Performant Solutions Announces Merger

Indianapolis-based human resources consulting company Performant Solutions LLC has announced it is merging with Talent Bridge, also based in Indianapolis. While financial details were not disclosed, Performant Chief Executive Officer Debra Jones says the combined company plans to add more jobs by the end of the year.

Performant Solutions says following the merger, it will re-launch as a full-service total talent management solutions company. The company says it will retain Talent Bridge, which was founded in 2013 by David Anderson, as the brand for its talent acquisition business.

"I’ve been looking for the right partner to be able to offer clients more solutions to improve total organizational performance and believe the talent acquisition approach provided by Talent Bridge is the right direction," said Jones. "I am excited to partner with David Anderson and Talent Bridge. His approach to teaching organizations to fish, so to speak, fits perfectly with our high performance approach.”

Jones says it is unknown exactly how many jobs will be added as a result of the merger. She says the company is looking to "add several recruiters and consultants" and has already begun looking to fill those positions.
