Pepper Construction of Indiana’s Tyler Schaffer has been recognized as one of the top 20 Leaders Under 40 at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ CenterBuild Conference. The program recognizes outstanding young leaders involved in the design and construction of shopping centers, stores and retail-focused developments. 

Schaffer’s recent projects include construction/renovation of two Public Greens locations and renovations at Circle Centre Mall, where his project team used augmented reality to visualize and confirm anchor points for a hanging sculpture. He is a project manager in the Indianapolis office, and has worked for the company for nine years.
