Pence to Sign BMV, Women Leaders Bills

Thursday is the final day for Governor Mike Pence to sign bills passed in the 2016 session of the Indiana General Assembly. Pence will start the day in Greenwood to sign House Enrolled Act 1087, which calls for an overhaul of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
Pence will sign the bill at the Greenwood BMV. Some of the changes in HEA 1087, include limits for convenience fees and new refund procedures for fees imposed by the BMV.
In the evening, Pence will attend the Lugar Series Spring Reception at Ivy Tech Community College to sign House Enrolled Act 1173, which supports women leaders. Click here to learn more about the bill.
