Indiana Governor Mike Pence will make a another major infrastructure announcement Thursday morning. The governor’s office says Pence will join state and local leaders to make the announcement regarding State Road 37.
This new announcement will come just two days after Pence announced a $70 million widening project for I-65 in Lake County. That project is part of Pence’s Major Moves 2020 highway program. He also cut the ribbon Wednesday on the latest section of the I-69 expansion.
Pence announced in October his $1 billion 21st Century Crossroads proposal. Democrats in the Indiana General Assembly have called for $2 billion in total infrastructure spending.
Pence will make the announcement at 10:00 a.m. at the Delaware Township Community Center in Fishers.
