Elkhart-based Patrick Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: PATK) has announced a shift in two executive positions. The company has promoted Jeffrey Rodino from chief operating officer to the newly-created position of chief sales officer.
Rodino, who has served in a variety of roles since joining Patrick in 2007, will maintain his title as executive vice president of sales. He will be succeeded by Kip Ellis, who has been promoted to executive vice president of operations and COO.
"We continue to align our talent to maximize focus and capacity to position ourselves to most effectively serve our customer base," said Todd Cleveland, chief executive officer of Patrick. "Jeff has a proven track record of executive leadership and accomplishment in our organization and will help drive our efforts to strategically grow our overall business model and expand our customer base and product line offerings. Kip will work side by side with Jeff to strategically align our focus on maximizing efficiencies, cross-selling opportunities, and operating performance."
Ellis joined the company in April as vice president of market development. He previously served in several executive roles at Atwood Mobile Products, also based in Elkhart.
