Huntington-based Pathfinder Services Inc. has hired Danielle Tips as its next president and chief executive officer. Tips will officially begin on January 1, when she succeeds retiring president and CEO John Niederman. She has spent the past 12 years at Easter Seals Arc of Northeast Indiana, with the past three years as Vice President of Health and Residential Supports.

Tips will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic planning of the organization. 

“This is an incredible opportunity to become part of an organization with such deep roots in the communities which they serve,” says Tips.  “I look forward helping continue the mission of Pathfinder Services to serve people in northeast Indiana and strengthen our communities through acceptance and inclusion of people of all abilities.”

She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis.
