Pathfinder Service Hires President

Huntington-based Pathfinder Service Inc. has hired Danielle Tips as its new president and chief executive officer. Tips will succeed retiring president and CEO John Niederman on January 1.

Tips has served as vice president of health and residential supports at Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana for the past three years, and has been with them for 12 years. Pathfinder Services Board Chair Paula Whiting says Tips is well acquainted with the organization after growing up in Huntington County and working in the same area.

“We are so thrilled to have Danielle join Pathfinder Services,” says Whiting.  “Not only does she bring skills of strong leadership and expertise in the field, but she also has a strong passion for our mission and those we serve.  She will be a terrific successor to build on John Niederman’s legacy.”

Tips will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic planning of the organization, and will begin her tenure on August 3 to work with Niederman during the transition.
