Paramount Schools of Excellence says it is opening new campuses in Lafayette and South Bend. Although building renovations are underway at the new campus sites, Paramount Schools says it has opened tutoring centers at Tippecanoe Mall and University Park Mall.

Paramount Lafayette will be located in the North End neighborhood, and the Paramount South Bend campus will be housed in the former Tarkington School. Paramount says it is investing more than $4.6 million for facility renovations and updates.

“We intend to provide families the same quality education and commitment to the community that Paramount is known for,” said Tommy Reddicks, chief executive officer. “Paramount Schools’ current success and future growth are based on our pillars of innovative education model, academic achievements, and investment in the community.”

My Learning Nooks, which are staffed by licensed teachers, offer free tutoring sessions to K-8 students. Paramount says tutors are available to help children, especially those who may have fallen behind due to the pandemic, catch up to their grade level.

Paramount says the Lafayette and South Bend campuses are expected to open for the 2023-24 school year.
