Dallas-based private equity firm Havencrest Capital Management says it is making an investment in Paradigm Health, a hospice and palliative care company headquartered in Indianapolis. Neither company shared financial terms of the deal.

Paradigm Chief Executive Officer Jeff Jarecki says the company plans to expand its geographic footprint with the investment. “We are excited to have found our ideal partner with Havencrest’s extensive industry knowledge and thoughtful approach to healthcare investing,” said Jarecki.

Paradigm was launched in 2013 to help families seeking end-of-life care in a personal, home environment. 

“We are very excited to partner with Paradigm as the company enters its next chapter of growth,” said Christopher Kersey, M.D., Havencrest founding managing partner.
