Paradigm Health Appoints CEO

Indianapolis-based Paradigm Living Concepts LLC has appointed Michelle Pickering president and chief executive officer. She most recently was chief operating officer for new hospice ventures for The Cranemere Group in Washington, D.C. Pickering holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Los Angeles.
