The San Diego Padres has announced Anthony Contreras (pictured) will be manager of the Fort Wayne TinCaps. Contreras played professional baseball from 2005 to 2013 before becoming manager for the Peoria Padres in 2014 and the Tri-City Dust Devils in 2015. The San Diego Padres also added Raul Padron as another coach, Mitch Mattoon as the athletic trainer, and Drew Heithoff as the strength and conditioning coach. Burt Hooton remains the pitching coach and Lance Burkhart as the hitting coach.
