A global labeling and packaging company is planning to shut down an Evansville facility. In a notice to the state, Clondalkin Pharma & Healthcare says the move will affect almost 150 workers. You can connect to the notice to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development by clicking here.

In 2007, Clondalkin Pharma & Healthcare acquired Keller Crescent Co., which at the time employed around 500 workers in Evansville.

In January, United Kingdom-based Essentra PLC completed its $455 million purchase of Clondalkin SPD.

Clondalkin says it also still has a facility in Indianapolis.
