INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana Pacers announced Wednesday that Carl Daniels has been named Vice President of Player Relations. Daniels replaces Clark Kellogg, who left that position in July.
Daniels comes to the Pacers from the adidas Sports Licensed Division where he was Director of Team Services since 2012. Prior to that, he had been the Senior Manager for Team Services since 2002. The Indianapolis resident had worked previously as Director of Business Development and Field Sales Support for LifeSketch, Inc.; as an Assistant Director of Championships for the NCAA and Assistant Athletics Director at Butler University.
“We're very pleased to have Carl as part of our team,” said Pacers President of Basketball Operations Larry Bird. “In his previous position, he has been around our team, he knows our players and he is well-established in our community.”
