Calverton Holdings says the Hoosier manufacturer was founded in 1957 and produces wood and steel structural building components.
Otterbein is a town that straddles Benton and Tippecanoe counties. The company does business as KA Components Inc. Its products are used in residential, commercial and agricultural applications in the Midwest. KA’s components are sold exclusively through lumber yards.
Texas-based Generational Equity served as the advisor to KA. Lead deal maker Tom Poyser said "with both parties committed to the long term growth of the business, transition planning helped to get the deal closed."
