Indiana’s orthopedic industry initiative has named Paragon Medical Inc. Chief Executive Officer Toby Buck board chair. He was one of the founding board members of OrthoWorx and has served with the organization since 2009.

Buck is a graduate of Purdue University and Harvard University’s Executive Development Program. He has more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace, automotive, medical device and life science industries. He has served on several boards, including the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Ivy Tech Community College and the American Business Council.

He succeeds Jon Serbousek, who will remain on the board.
