The Opus Group has appointed Rich Kauffman regional vice president of construction for the Indianapolis region. He previously served as president of construction for the Midwest region, at DLC Residential LLC. Kauffman has also worked at Gatlin Development Co., J&S Construction and Huber, Hunt & Nichols. He graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
