The Indiana State Budget Agency says a transition to new processing software has caused an inaccurate count of the monthly revenue report. The agency released a statement saying $86.3 million intended for the September rolls was deposited in October. If the transaction had been completed correctly, the state says revenues would have been $2.3 million above the forecast.
