OneAmerica has promoted Kelley Gay to chief marketing officer. She has served the company in various roles for more than a decade, including most recently leading enterprise marketing and communications strategy. 

“Kelley’s track record of high performance, combined with her deep industry expertise and strategic acumen, will be instrumental for OneAmerica as we take our brand to the next level,” said Karin Sarratt, executive vice president, OneAmerica.

Gay received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
