Indianapolis-based OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc. has made two appointments to what Chief Executive Officer Scott Davison calls key outreach roles. The company has named Jennifer Pittman assistant vice president for community affairs and Lou Ann Baker public relations director.

Pittman, who has been with OneAmerica since January 2016, succeeds Jim Freeman, who retired at the end of May. Pittman previously served as communications director for the city of Indianapolis.

Baker has served in a number of public and private sector positions, including with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development and the office of former Indiana Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann.

"Jennifer and Lou Ann aren’t just business savvy, but community minded and service oriented, and that’s vital to our mission of serving Main Street, not Wall Street," said Kelly Huntington, OneAmerica senior vice president of Enterprise Strategy.
