OneAmerica has elected Linda Need and Ryan Kitchell to its board of directors. Need leads her own consulting practice and previously served in senior executive roles at a life insurance product arm of a financial firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Williams College and a master’s degree from The American College. Kitchell is executive vice president and chief administration officer at IU Health and previously served as director of the Office of Management and Budget under former Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
