News Release

Greenwood, Ind. — One Click Ventures (OCV) has hired Indianapolis native Marty Brown as its first-ever vice president of marketing.

Brown joins OCV today, reporting directly to CEO Randy Stocklin as a member of the senior leadership team.

In his new role, Brown is responsible for development and execution of the company's marketing strategy — including branding, customer experience, public relations and customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

Stocklin said Brown is joining OCV as the company is plotting an aggressive course for growth with a new strategic focus: To build nationally recognized online consumer eyewear stores through differentiated brand experiences.

“I'm thrilled to welcome Marty as a new member of the One Click team,” Stocklin said. “His passion, entrepreneurial spirit, marketing acumen and history of driving business growth make him an invaluable addition to our senior leadership team. Marty will also be a tremendous leader for our growing marketing team, and most importantly, he embodies our core values and believes in putting people first.”

Prior to OCV, Brown worked in New York as the general manager of social platforms at Lolly Wolly Doodle — a $20-million funded children's clothing retailer — where he drove revenue growth through innovative sales and payment improvements. As former vice president of product at New York's Sojo Studios and lead product manager at Zynga, Inc., he has experience designing product features, launching new products and leading high-performing teams. Brown began his career at Deloitte Consulting, where he worked as a strategy and operations generalist.

“I am incredibly excited to join One Click at a time when the company is poised for breakout growth in the eyewear industry,” Brown said. “There is a unique opportunity to elevate the current brands and launch a new consumer brand that's well-positioned as a compelling online destination for eyewear — especially since the team is so committed to its customers and revolutionizing the eyewear shopping experience.”

Brown holds an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurial management from from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in English from Wabash College.
