Indianapolis-based software company OnBoard is growing its executive team, naming software industry veteran Kevin Donovan as chief revenue officer. The news comes as the company also says it plans to hire 50 more employees this year.
OnBoard is a board management platform that helps to digitize and organize boardroom and board meetings through web conferencing, email and shared digital storage.
The company says Donovan previously led and scaled revenue teams at several software companies.
OnBoard says the platform is used by more than 12,000 boards, including 1,000 new customers over the past 18 months.
“The pandemic showed everyone that promise of digital transformation, whether born of necessity or desire, is profound,” said Paroon Chadha, co-founder and chief executive officer of OnBoard. “For boards and leadership teams of any organization, digital transformation means better collaboration, improved communication, increased agility and ultimately, better organizational performance.”
OnBoard says it will be looking to fill positions in sales, engineering, and customer support.
