Old National Makes Finance Leadership Changes

Subscribe NowEvansville-based Old National Bancorp (Nasdaq: ONB) has made several leadership changes in its corporate finance department. Chief Financial Officer Jim Ryan says the moves will strengthen the company’s ability to "adapt to ever-changing economic and regulatory landscapes."
Old National says Mark Gorski will assume the role of senior vice president and director of finance. He currently leads the company’s budget and financial planning area and procurement team and will add corporate accounting, tax and facilities to his duties. Gorski is the former CFO of Indiana Bank and Trust, which was acquired by Old National in 2012.
Brendon Falconer will take on the title of SVP, treasurer. He currently leads the company’s loss share and credit management system areas. Old National has also named Mike Loyd vice president and assistant treasurer.
Additionally, Old National has named Jennifer Guzman senior vice president and data governance manager in the company’s enterprise risk department. She joined the company in 1993 and most recently held the title now held by Falconer.
The company says all of the affected locations are located in Evansville.
