Old National Bank has promoted Roland Shelton to senior vice president, business development officer. Shelton joined Old National Bank in June of 2017 and has focused on growth opportunities in the Indianapolis and Terre Haute markets. He has over 20 years experience in leadership and management positions in manufacturing, higher education and sales. Shelton formerly was associate vice president for development at Indiana State University. He holds a degree from Western Kentucky University.
