The project team for the I-69 Ohio River Crossing effort is looking to gather more feedback on proposed routes for a new bridge connecting Evansville and Henderson, Kentucky. The team will Tuesday host the first of two open houses to discuss the routes with members of the public.

Tuesday’s open house will take place from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. local time, at Henderson Community College. The second open house is scheduled for Wednesday at the same time at Bosse High School in Evansville.

The project team last week unveiled three preliminary alternative routes for the bridge. The group said factors such as factors including access, traffic performance and safety were taken into account when selecting the routes.
