Ogletree Deakins has named Katherine Erdel and Richard Libert of counsel at the firm’s Indianapolis office. Erdel focuses her practice in the areas of discrimination defense, wage and hour advice and general workplace policies. She regularly advises clients in these areas and also has experience advising clients before administrative agencies, like the EEOC, and in state and federal courts. Libert has more than 14 years of experience practicing in the ERISA/employee benefits field. He specializes in qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and execute competition.
