Construction to Begin on Next Speedway Project

Officials are set to break ground Tuesday afternoon on another multi-million project in Speedway’s Main Street district. Indianapolis-based Paradigm Real Estate Investments is redeveloping the historic Rosner Building, which will include space for the relocated headquarters of Wilcox Environmental Engineering Inc.
Wilcox President Chris Bonniwell and Paradigm Partners Daniel and Angie Klausner will be joined by Speedway Town Manager Ian Nicolini, Town Council President David Lindsey and Speedway Redevelopment Commission President Vince Noblet.
Paradigm is investing $2.5 million into the redevelopment of the 16,000 square-foot building. Wilcox will be the largest tenant in the building, which will have 3,500 square-feet of space on the first floor available for lease.
The ground breaking ceremony is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. You can learn more about the project by clicking here.
