OCRA Promotes Crouch to Deputy Director

He has been with the agency for 10 years and started as South Central Community Liaison in 2007. Crouch then served as project manager and senior project manager coordinating several key initiatives including the Stellar Communities Designation Program, Indiana Site Certified (formerly Indiana Shovel Ready), Indiana Main Street Program and several other statewide programs. In his new role, he will oversee the project, program, and community affairs management staff and teams in the development, deployment, and evaluation of agency programs and services. Additionally, Crouch will focus on cultivating relationships with strategic partners including state agencies, universities, associations, and other organizations to further OCRA’s mission to provide resources and technical assistance to assist communities in shaping and achieving their vision for community and economic development.
