The Office of Community and Rural Affairs has named Earnie Holtrey East Central community liaison. The East Central region covers Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Hancock, Henry, Madison, Marion, Randolph, Rush, Shelby, Wayne and Union counties.

He previously worked for Nameless Catering Co. as chief operations officer. For three years, Holtrey was responsible for day-to-day operations involving customer communication, staffing needs, catering orders and driver deliveries. He assisted with the business development plans and consulted the company through its procedure analysis and implementation. Holtrey also served as resident of a sales and marketing company specializing in program management called Adventures in Marketing 2.0.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
