Oak Street Funding and First Franchise Capital, subsidiaries of First Financial Bank, have promoted Alicia Chandler to president. She most recently was chief counsel. Chandler holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and JD from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Law.
